Got the Supertrapps on the wife's 2001 Savage.
Big improvement over the stock, have 6 plates in it
(as recommended). Noticable improvement in torque
and power. Sounds just right too. Some discoloration
where it meets the head pipe, slight adjustment to the
mixture to eliminate backfires & pops. We even re-used the
stock heat shield where the muffler meets the head pipe.
The one that came with the Supertrapp was pretty
wimpy, imo.
